Terms and Conditions Agreement

Campus Ambassador Program – Application Terms and Disclosures

Effective Date: May 27, 2025

Thank you for your interest in the WEAR Campus Ambassador Program. By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms and disclosures:

 

1. Voluntary Application

Submitting an application to the WEAR Campus Ambassador Program (“Program”) is entirely voluntary and does not create any obligation on the part of WEAR, nor does it guarantee acceptance into the Program.

 

2. Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be currently enrolled in a college or university;
• Reside in the United States; and
• Be legally permitted to work or engage in independent promotional activities in their jurisdiction.

WEAR reserves the right to verify eligibility and to reject any application for any reason or no reason at all, in its sole discretion.

 

3. Use of Submitted Materials

You grant WEAR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display any content, materials, ideas, or suggestions submitted as part of your application (including sample social media posts or other creative content), solely for internal evaluation and program development purposes.

You further grant WEAR the right to use any content submitted for marketing or promotional purposes in connection with the Program.

 

4. No Compensation or Relationship

Submitting an application does not entitle you to compensation, nor does it create any employment, independent contractor, or agency relationship. You will not become a Campus Ambassador or be entitled to any benefits unless you are selected and separately agree to the Ambassador Participation Agreement.

 

5. Privacy and Data Usage

By submitting your application, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with WEAR’s Privacy Policy, available at https://wearbyea.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Information submitted may be used to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the Program, and notify you of future opportunities.

 

6. Program Discretion and Changes

WEAR reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Selection criteria and program structure are subject to change in WEAR’s sole discretion.

 

7. Compliance with Laws

If selected, you will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on endorsements and testimonials in advertising. You will receive further guidance if accepted into the Program.

 

8. Governing Law

These Application Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
